Waymaker was born from years of hands-on experience in ministry leadership, recovery program operations, and organizational consulting. John Conn has seen firsthand what happens when programs grow faster than their systems - and what becomes possible when the right structure is put in place.
From building sober living programs to advising church leadership teams, John brings a unique combination of operational expertise and pastoral heart. He understands the pressure of managing compliance, leading teams, and caring for people - all at once.
